  • We consider the problems of forming staff potential for innovation economy of a region. We substantiate the need to control the balance of labor resources, the quality of workforce as well as professional training of employees of local governmental bodies responsible for the support of innovations in the region. We offer guidelines for labor market study, curriculum development and forming the order for training personnel for the professional education system. Priorities of training the employees of regional and municipal administrative bodies under innovation economy are determined.
