  • We consider specific features of metabolic reactions of human body when exposed to adverse climate conditions of mountain areas, deserts and sub polar areas using ordinary food and special survival rations. We substantiate approaches to preventing disorders of human functional status under hypoxia, hypothermia, hyperthermia by means of special food. Contents of special modules of functional food are described, their optimal production forms are determined.
