  • We consider the patterns of developing the condition of deadaptation in astronauts in acute post-flight period. We show the correlation between the weightlessness and physiological and biochemical processes associated with it, the duration of an orbital space flight and the revelations of the post-flight deadaptation syndrome. The above-mentioned features of the functional status of the astronauts can significantly hamper the performance during the long-term manned programs in extraterrestrial objects with gravity. We substantiate the possibility to optimize the course of acute post-flight syndrome in astronauts using pharmaceuticals.
