Based on the data available in the scientific literature we analyze the definition of the morphological identity and interaction of the structural elements of the testicles from the point of view of the communication systems in the organs in question during the antenatal period. The data is examined taking into account the development and localization of the testicles. The study is also carried out from the point of view of the interconnections of paired organs during the antenatal period. It enables us to objectively approach the totality of physiological and pathological processes, taking into account the histophysiological features of the testicles.
