We analyze the model of increasing the efficiency of building companies using the mechanism of business process reengineering. We describe the theoretical essence and characteristics of the business processes reengineering. The key reasons and stages of business processes reengineering are distinguished. We consider the basic principles / rules for successful implementation of business process reengineering in building companies as well as the main causes of its failure.
