Triple Helix Concept in Innovative University Development Model

The article presents an analysis of the evolution stages of the university basic concepts: from the center of knowledge transfer to the center of education, science development and innovations implementation. The model of the Triple Helix of the universities development is described which implies a continuous process of creation (science), transfer (education) and implementation (innovation) of new knowledge into the practice. The features and advantages of the Triple Helix model are determined. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of the model implementation with in the framework of the "Priority–2030" Program.
