  • We research the influence of the factors of internal and external business environment on increasing the competitiveness of cultural institutions. We analyze the influence of the measures of state policy as well as market and social and cultural factors on the development of cultural institutions. A classification of internal factors affecting the competitiveness of a cultural institution is offered.
