Felix Blumenfeld’s Pedagogical Skills and his Role in Training Music Teachers for Extracurricular Schools

We analyze peculiar pedagogical skills of the famous music teacher Felix Blumenfeld. The ways, techniques and methods applied in his work with students are considered and the possibility to use them in modern institutions of higher education in the sphere of culture and art for teaching special subjects is looked at.
