  • We consider the sequence of developing the strategy of quality in an investment company. We reveal and dwell on the key elements of strategy development: goal-setting, external strategic analysis of macro- and microenvironment, internal strategic analysis, SWOT-analysis, choice and substantiation of direction for the strategy of quality and its projects. External strategic analysis determines opportunities and threats for forming the strategy of quality. For the internal strategic analysis enabling us to reveal strengths and weaknesses of measures in the quality sphere a model of self-assessment can be used. SWOT-analysis allows us to form strategic alternatives and develop particular projects of the strategy of quality.
