Forecasting Influence Levels of Environment Factors on Development of Professional Education Institutions

We research the influence of environment factors on economic and innovation development of institutions of professional education. We consider method approaches to determining the degree of influence of environment factors on the results of their economic and innovation development using scenario-expert forecast methods.
