Forming Model of National Postal-Savings System in Russian Federation

The risks accumulated in the economy and financial sphere in the Russian Federation in particular during the last 10-15 years are to force monetary authorities to start creating their own «financial buffer», a financial “harbor of stability” at the national financial market. The events of the last five or seven years just prove the point; permanent financial bursts have extremely negative consequences for domestic capital markets. The national postal savings system should become such financial “harbor of stability".
