  • We offer a review of the key indicators used for assessing the economic effectiveness of retail performance including the chain ones. The indicators are divided into two groups: the indicators of primary monitoring and the indicators of detailed analysis of changes. We describe the specific features and the role of each indicator in question for retail performance.
