We look at the problems of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel of high-tech enterprises. We reveal the development difficulties the enterprises in question are faced with when training and retraining specialists. We show the expediency of adopting the concept of continuous additional education and training of engineering and scientific workers as the basis for the company's personnel policy. We describe the contents of primary measures to create a modern system of corporate additional education.
