Demographic ageing is one of the key factors affecting social and economic changes in the society and the labor market transformation. Taking into account the global nature of the population aging, we present solid evidence of the need and opportunity for the life quality improvement, vital resource and productive age increase. This became possible thanks to the results of numerous scientific studies, partially cited in this paper. Geroprotective agents and their absolute safety for humans is the primary focus of the article.
