The global trend of population aging increases the relevance of the current problem of the inclusion of the elderly and their active involvement in all life spheres. Internationally the problem in question could be solved by creating a society for all ages. We look at a range of concomitant problems when building a society for all ages in Russia. Prospects for studying the problems of its formation are identified.
